It's that time of year again and we are looking for your help. We all had a great season skiing last season and utilizing the lodge. Now it's your turn to give back so that we can have a great time next season. We have a lot of work that needs to be done and we are looking for volunteers. Will you help our great lodge in July?
We have a lot of repairs that need to be done listed below:
Replace T111 Siding above vestibule
Repair Lower siding by back door
Paint trim on outside
Repair one microwave oven
Install new 8 panel radiator in room 1A-
Clean and caulk 1st ladies shower seam
Replace kitchen door screen
Fill in stone gap under fireplace insert
Fix boot blower
Clean upstairs hall carpet
Replace outside outlet
Inspect and repair room 3 outside stairs
Along with these repairs, we also need to finish the men's bathroom project that was started last year but ran out of time.
A) Finish Installing plastic ceiling tiles
B) Install urinal privacy wall
C) Fix/replace corner and edge molding
D) Replace sliding door with lighter one
E) Replace valve stem in shower #1
F) Assemble & place SS rack for supply ( T/P & paper towels) storage
G) Seal & install cover on radiator pipe
Along with all of this we also have a couple smaller projects to take care of:
Take down fluorescent fixtures & install recessed lights in living room entrance ceiling & add dimmer switch with new cover plate for all 3 switches.
Clean up trim molding by switches and change light settings in living room to a more mellow color. This is just a switch setting change.
Install power wires from boiler to 4 thermostats not powered yet
Paint bedroom # 2
Lodging, as with all work weekends, is no charge. Food will be provided by the club & a credit of one lodge night for each day worked.
